Public Relations Student Society of America at Texas State University

This year the Public Relations Student Society of America at Texas State University - San Marcos hosted a T-Shirt Design Contest in order to determine the official School of Journalism and Mass Communication t-shirt design.

Jacob Hancock
Official SJMC T-shirt Design Winner.

 Jacob Hancock is a Junior Advertising Major  from Temple, Texas. Jacob is Vice President of the Student Musicians Organization, a new club on campus, and enjoys promoting music to everyone. In his free time Jacob enjoys writing short stories, writing music, and spending time with his 2 year old daughter, Alana. After graduation, he plans to take on the world of advertising with his unique and creative view of the world.

Jessi Shores

 Jessi is a senior at Texas State University majoring in public relations with a minor in business administration. She is a member of PRSSA and has been on the Dean’s List each semester. Jessi will be graduating with summa cum laude honors in December. After graduation, she has plans to pursue a master’s degree in communication. Jessi would like to start her PR career with a job near her hometown of Amarillo, Texas and then go wherever the road takes her.
